Letisha Singh
Letisha is the founder and head clinical psychologist of Origin Psychology. She is a trauma informed Clinical Psychologist who has worked in psychiatric facilities and public hospitals as well as private practice for several years. She completed her studies internationally and is able to treat a number of different clinical presentations by drawing on various therapies including Schema Therapy, EMDR, CBT, ACT, DBT and Psychodynamic therapeutic modalities. She was trained in a culturally diverse context and considers her ability to work with complex presentations and the cultural nuances of people from all walks of life as her primary strengths. Letisha is a certified Schema Therapist as recognised by the International Society of Schema Therapy (standard certification) and is currently in training towards her advanced certification and she is also undertaking her certification in EMDR.

Letisha works with adults aged 20+ and has a warm, relaxed, genuine and empathetic approach to therapy. She works intergratively and combines different therapeutic modalities to tailor your therapeutic experience to you in order to meet your specific needs.
Letisha aims to work closely with you to understand your concerns and establish shared goals to not only reduce your symptoms but to also help you to achieve greater self-insight and resilience to manage your concerns with confidence.
While she believes strongly in evidence-based approaches, she also believes in harnessing the healing power of the therapeutic relationship in order to assist her clients to achieve their personal best and truly grow on their therapeutic journey.
