1. We offer emergency sessions to be able to accommodate your patients who may be in crisis 

2. We work in rotating treatment blocks of three months at a time using active treatment planning to alleviate the patient’s symptoms and improve their quality of life in that time. This means that during an active treatment block our wait times for new clients are approximately 8 – 12 weeks for them to be seen, assessed and to begin their treatment plans.

3. Depending on the client’s presentation and needs we may spend the first two to three sessions on assessment.  Particularly with complex clients.  This shapes accurate and efficient treatment outcomes.

4.. If for whatever reason your patient cannot be offered a place within 8 - 12 weeks for an intake we will refer them back to you within 10 days of the referral so that alternative treatment can be arranged. Alternatively, If they are happy to wait a bit longer they are welcome to join our wait list.

For more complex clients our aim is to reduce “revolving door” experience of clients who keep returning with recurring symptoms and who find little relief from their mental health concerns.

We care about getting to the root of the problem and work intergratively using a variety of modalities including Schema Therapy, EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, DBT and CBT to work flexibly to achieve the best client outcomes.
